Abby Goff (CSB ’22), Jack Scheck (SJU ’21) and Olivia Solano (CSB ’22) recently met up in Lyon, France, while on break from teaching English in their respective regions of France (Goff: Amiens; Scheck: Bordeaux; Solano: Grenoble). The three alums were accepted to the Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF) during 2022-2023... and are dreaming about staying beyond... You can be an Assistant, too! Autumn Ayer, Stevie Dickison, Celeste Dickson and Cate Luna received honors from the American Association of Teachers of French. Dickison and Luna will join the Teaching Assistant Program in France.

On the 3^rd of April, Chefs Mateo Mackbee and Erin Lucas, from KREWE Restaurant and Flour & Flower Bakery (Saint Joseph), joined the FREN352A class to discuss New Orleans creole culture and cuisine and lead students in a culinary workshop.
