1. Course Materials are returnable the first 2 weeks of class. After that they are non-returnable.
  2. Textbook returns should be brought to the circulation desk at either library.
  3. If you dropped a class or feel you have a valid reason to return a book after the first two weeks of the semester, email [email protected] to request permission to return after the deadline.
  4. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT or ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER!
  5. DO NOT WRITE OR MARK YOUR BOOKS until you are certain you will keep them.
  6. NEW BOOKS must be in new condition, unmarked with no sign of use.
  7. Only complete art kits are Returnable.
  8. ACCESS CODES – the code cannot be open and revealed.
  9. We cannot fulfill eBook refund requests if more than 10% of the product has been viewed and/or if any page(s) of the product has been printed.
  10. If we are not able to give a refund, you will be notified by Tina Streit in 2-3 business days. Arrangements will be made to return the book to you.
  11. If your return is acceptable, a receipt will be emailed to you when your refund is completed.

Orders made before classes begin will be held for 3 weeks from the start of the semester. Orders placed after classes have started will be held for 3 weeks from the purchase date.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and re-shelved for sale.
