Course Materials Return Policy
- Course Materials are returnable the first 2 weeks of class. After that they are non-returnable.
- Textbook returns should be brought to the circulation desk at either library.
- If you dropped a class or feel you have a valid reason to return a book after the first two weeks of the semester, email [email protected] to request permission to return after the deadline.
- YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT or ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER!
- DO NOT WRITE OR MARK YOUR BOOKS until you are certain you will keep them.
- NEW BOOKS must be in new condition, unmarked with no sign of use.
- Only complete art kits are Returnable.
- ACCESS CODES – the code cannot be open and revealed.
- We cannot fulfill eBook refund requests if more than 10% of the product has been viewed and/or if any page(s) of the product has been printed.
- If we are not able to give a refund, you will be notified by Tina Streit in 2-3 business days. Arrangements will be made to return the book to you.
- If your return is acceptable, a receipt will be emailed to you when your refund is completed.
Policy on Orders Not Picked up
Orders made before classes begin will be held for 3 weeks from the start of the semester. Orders placed after classes have started will be held for 3 weeks from the purchase date.
Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and re-shelved for sale.
