- Offers four and six person apartments.
- Six person apartments. These apartments make up the majority of the complex and have a shared kitchen / living area with a half bath on the ground floor. Three single bed bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Three single bed bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor.
- Standard four person apartment. These apartments have a stairwell in the entryway and begin on the second floor. A shared kitchen / living area with a bathroom and one single bed bedroom on the second floor. Three single bed bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor.
- Fully accessible four person apartment. There is one fully accessible handicap four person apartment. A shared kitchen / living area with a bathroom and four single bed bedrooms all located on the ground floor.
- Climate controlled.
- Each apartment offers a washer / dryer unit. (Machines are available to use at no cost, but you must provide your own laundry detergent.)
- These apartments are arranged in sets of two and laid out to form a large central grassy courtyard with an open area for gathering and outside activities.
- Vehicle parking adjacent to building.
