Areas of Interest and Research

Attention, perception, language, decision-making. My research examines various aspects of attention, perception, language, and decision-making. One major area of interest is understanding how individuals process written words or text. A second area of interest is examining how perceptual features of stimuli influence speeded choice decisions. Lastly, I am interested in examining individual differences in cognitive processes. Some of my research is strictly behavioral and some of my research includes EEG/ERP (event-related potential) analysis.
