Associate Director, Multicultural Student Services; Advisor, Advocates for Inclusive Mentoring

As Associate Director, Sydney works directly with students and organizations focused on peer-to-peer mentoring, feminist leadership development, and college transition services for students from historically excluded and under-resourced identities. They completed their Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Saint Cloud State University ’23 and received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a Creative Writing concentration from the College of Saint Benedict ’19. As the daughter of two first-generation college graduates, Robinson strives to advocate for racialized and first-generation college students. She hopes to be a positive force to ensure all students have access and opportunity to a safe and enriching educational experience. Sydney is a first-year doctoral student at Saint Cloud State University in the Higher Education & Student Affairs program.
