We are working toward inclusion in a way that transforms who we are now as we become something new together--something we can co-create, with your help. We announce an opportunity to get involved with this work in a long term and individualized way by joining a Dialogue Group.
These will be steady groups that meet together regularly from September 2019 to December 2020 (meeting four times each semester, with a break for summer). Your group will be made up of a balanced mix of staff members, faculty members, students, members of the monasteries, and local communities members. Your meetings together will be intentionally structured following a guide and led by two co-facilitators.
The dialogue groups will aim to build relationships and discuss a topic related to our campuses and inclusion, so that your group can ultimately put forth recommendations for institutional change. Each dialogue group will have its own distinct focus topic related to transformative inclusion. Topics might range greatly by group, and each group will be provided with resources tailored to the group’s expressed interest. We are eager to hear from you about the topics around which you wish to dialogue!
