All entrée dinners include a choice of starch and vegetable as well as a garden salad, dinner rolls, coffee, tea, milk, and ice water.


Parisian Chicken

  • A lightly breaded chicken breast baked in thyme and white wine sauce.


Citrus Sage Chicken

  • Baked chicken breast with lemon juice, honey, sage, and thyme.


Mango Chicken

  • Tender chicken breast seasoned and topped with a mango salsa.


Chicken Piccata

  • Pan seared boneless chicken breast finished with a buttery lemon and caper sauce.


Chicken with Artichokes & Mushrooms

  • Sautéed chicken breast in a white wine sauce with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and spring onions.


Baked Parmesan Chicken

  • Boneless chicken breast rolled in Japanese bread crumbs and baked in a rich marinara sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.


Bombay Chicken

  • Chicken breast baked in a masala curry with onions and potatoes.


Chicken with Lemon Mustard & Tarragon

  • Chicken breast grilled and finished with a lemon and tarragon Dijon sauce.


Roast Beef Sirloin

  • Slow roasted beef sirloin with au jus.


Braised Sirloin Tips & Mushrooms

  • Strips of beef sirloin and mushrooms stir fried.


Beef Short Ribs

  • Boneless ribs braised in a red wine infused Demi-Glace.


Prime Rib

  • Tender seasoned roast Prime Rib of Angus Beef.


Seared New York Strip Steak (plate service only)

  • U.S. choice N.Y strip steak, seasoned and seared on a flat grill.


BBQ Pork Ribs

  • Slow smoked ribs, glazed with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.


Bourbon Street Pork Roast

  • Roast pork loin sliced and glazed with a Bourbon sauce.


Honey Baked Ham

  • Honey Glazed ham.


Roast Turkey

  • Tender roasted turkey.


Salmon with Brown Sugar & Mustard Glaze

  • Baked Atlantic Salmon glazed with brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and freshly grated ginger.


Filet of Cod Amandine

  • Flaky baked white fish topped with browned butter, lemon, and almonds.


Walleyed Pike

  • Your choice of baked or pan fried pike.


Italian Lasagna

  • Cheesy sausage and beef casserole served with an Italian marinara sauce.


Vegetarian Lasagna

  • Prepared with tender braised vegetables and a creamy white sauce.


Cheese Tortellini Florentine

  • Tortellini filled with Ricotta cheese, served with sautéed spinach, fresh tomatoes, and garlic, topped with parmesan cheese.


Pasta Shells Marinara

  • Large pasta shells stuffed with Italian herbs and cheese in marinara sauce.


Wild Mushroom Ravioli

  • Unique blend of wild mushrooms, imported cheeses, spices and herbs stuffed into a delicate pasta. Tossed in our rich marinara sauce.


Tofu Scaloppini Parmesan

  • Lightly breaded scallop of tofu topped with a rich marinara and parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  • Family size 16” pizzas.  Choice of up to two toppings per pizza.
