Barbecue style menus are available for both our indoor facilities or as a cookout at one of our scenic outdoor venues.

The Minnesotan
- Hamburgers and brats with buns, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and American cheese (veggie burgers also available)
The Californian
- Hamburgers with buns, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickle slices, and American cheese (veggie burgers also available)
The Stearns County
- Brats with buns, sauerkraut, sliced tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and pickle spears (veggie burgers also available)
The Colonel’s Favorite
- Grilled chicken breasts with buns, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, mayo, and BBQ sauce (veggie burgers also available)
The Johnnie
- Tender smoked pulled pork with bakery fresh Kaiser buns, and rich and tangy BBQ sauce (veggie burgers also available)
All barbecue selections include:
- Potato chips
- Choice of 2 sides: (potato salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, fresh cut vegetables and dip, watermelon, brownies, or cookies)
- Assorted pop and bottled water
- Condiments and disposable paper service
*Chicken breasts or hot dogs may be substituted in place of another meat choice

Pick-up orders (Group will do their own grilling.)

Full service cookouts (Food arrives hot and ready to serve.)
