Wedding Receptions

Facilities:

• St. John’s has a variety of venues that can accommodate wedding receptions from 40 up to 400.  Please see Banquet Rooms in our facilities guide for photos and descriptions of these spaces.

Catering:

• Our experienced culinary staff can provide either a buffet or plate service meal fitted to you needs.  Hors d'oeuvres, late evening snacks, as well as beverage and bar service are also available.  Linen and china service included with all wedding receptions at no additional charge.
  • *University policy: Saint John’s Dining Service Catering is the sole provider of food and beverage on campus.

Cakes:

• Our onsite bakery is ready to provide sheet cakes as well as a variety of other treats and desserts.

Housing:

• During the summer conference season (roughly late-May through early August) the St. John’s Events Office offers overnight lodging and accommodations to wedding guests.  Each wedding is provided a link to an on-line lodging registration page for guest use.  Please contact the Events Office for availability and pricing information.
