Nicole joined the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University Libraries in the fall of 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. She lives in Freeport with her husband and is the proud parent of two grown children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, relaxing at the cabin, gardening, and trying out new recipes.
