Frank J. Plachecki, Ph.D. is a local author, speaker, college professor, and trainer in business and industry. 

He earned his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate Degrees in Education from the University of Minnesota.  He also holds the University’s Professional Certification in Human Resource Development. 

Dr. Plachecki currently teaches courses in leadership and management development, performance improvement, human resource management, and other key topics, focusing specifically on supervisory and frontline manager development.  Also a successful local musician, he often performs live music in his classes, creating a high-energy experience for participants.  Following a successful bone marrow transplant, he is now a cancer survivor, and speaks with a particular passion about life, faith, family, and career fulfillment.
