Rachel Schneider, RDN, LD

Rachel graduated from the dietetics program at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She went on to complete her dietetic internship at Idaho State University in Meridian, ID with a focus on community nutrition. Upon completion of her internship, Rachel passed the national Registration Exam to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Rachel enjoys serving as a nutrition resource for students. She is excited to work on the CSB campus and apply her nutrition knowledge and assist students in making healthy food choices. Rachel encourages healthful eating as part of a balanced lifestyle, meaning moderate allowance of a sweet treat or indulgence but maintaining a focus on vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, while also having balance of carbohydrates and fats.
