Sergeant First Class Robert Schlosser is a native of St. Cloud, Minnesota. He enlisted in the United States Army on May 7th, 2008, and attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Bliss, Texas where he was awarded the MOS of 14T – Patriot Launching Station Enhanced Operator/Maintainer.
SFC Schlosser has served in a variety of leadership positions to include Team Leader, Squad Leader, System Maintenance NCOIC, Force Protection Platoon Sergeant, Launcher Platoon Sergeant, Fire Control Platoon Sergeant, Headquarters Platoon Sergeant, Master Gunner, First Sergeant. He is currently serving as a Military Science Instructor at St. John’s University, the College of Saint Benedict, and St. Cloud State University.
His assignments include Delta, 6th Battalion, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Ft. Sill, OK (2008-2009) and Osan Airbase, Republic of Korea (2009-2011); Charlie, 1st Battalion, 43rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Fort Bliss, TX (2011-2015); Delta, 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Kadena Airbase, Okinawa, Japan (2015-2018); Bravo, 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, (2018-2019), 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade (2019); Bravo, 4th Battalion, 5th Air Defense Artillery Regiment (2019-2021), Fort Cavazos Texas; Delta, 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Kadena Airbase, Okinawa, Japan (2021-2024); and currently Saint John’s University, 3rd BDE, United States Army Cadet Command. His overseas deployments include tours in the Kingdom of Bahrain (2012-2013), Kuwait (2018-2019), and Saudi Arabia (2019-2020)

SFC Schlosser is married to Kathryn Schlosser for over 22 years, with two sons, Leo and Riley; and a daughter, Kira.
