Mentorship Toolkit

  • Leverage the CSB+SJU network by finding an alum mentor and asking them to share their knowledge and expertise.
  • Use the embedded mentorship task list to guide your mentor/mentee time together.
  • Think outside the box to find a mentor who will stretch your thinking and challenge you to grow.
  • 12Twenty mentorships are set up for 90 days, but you and your mentor are in charge. Decide to spend more or less time together based on your goals and mutually beneficial relationship.
