There are offices for six staff, six student workers, a dedicated reception area, a conference room and a large open space that can be reconfigured to host a variety of events. The space will have all new furnishings and a new entrance on the north facade that helps announce the space to campus.

East Apartments (Luetmer, McDonafacadeld, Wirth and Zierden) – East Apartments received all new furniture from dining chairs, desk chairs, couches and arm chairs. In addition, the common areas of Luetmer were updated with fun seating and tables and chairs for students to grab a bit of privacy or study with a group of friends.
