What is special about the SOT/Sem?

What makes the SOT/Sem special is the contemplative and natural environment that surrounds it. There is nothing quite like reading a book on the beach of Lake Sagatagan in the summer, taking a long walk through the colorful arboretum in the fall, and even celebrating mass on the frozen lake in the winter. Collegeville offers a truly unique space to encounter God through nature, and it’s all right outside your door.

What is your favorite place on campus?

If I had to pick one, it would be the Abbey Church. It is where I first met my husband at the 9pm student mass and where we got married on a very cold, January day 7 years later. If I wasn’t being so bias I would say Alcuin Library because there are so many great places to study, Alcuin basement being my favorite.
