School of Theology and Seminary
Continuing Education

No Application Needed
Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary welcomes students to register for courses for continuing education or professional development. Each semester, students enroll in individual courses to hone their ministerial skills, learn more about a topic of interest, or as a tool to discern full enrollment into a degree or certificate program.
Cost
Continuing education courses are charged at the non-degree rate. See Tuition/Fees.
Online and In-Person
Coursework completed under the ‘continuing education’ status can be applied to a certificate or degree program, so long as they are not 10+ years old by the time you apply for admission. While many of our students participate in classes on-site, our robust synchronous learning opportunities make continuing education available to any student with a reliable internet connection.
Students, whether they have an advanced degree in theology or not, frequently seek our faculty expertise in:
- Pastoral Ministry
- Liturgy
- Scripture
- Spirituality/Monastic Studies
- Systematic Theology
