Components of the Program

  • Study theology, earning a Master of Divinity degree (tuition free)
  • Serve weekly in a local rural parish in youth ministry, liturgy, or faith formation
  • Participate in community life
  • Gain intercultural competencies
  • Engage in formation and Benedictine practices

The program is rooted in the Benedictine practice of Conversatio Morum, which calls all Christians to a lifelong commitment and openness to conversion of heart, mind and spirit.
