A referral is needed from a CSB and SJU Health Services provider to schedule a psychiatry consultation.

Fees

• Psychiatric Consultation = $30
• Less than Two (2) Business Days Cancelation Fee = $50
• No-Show Fee = $50

Fees are billed directly to your CSB and SJU Student Account. Log into your Patient Portal > then click on the Walkout Statement icon to view current and past statements.

In Preparation 

Create a list of all current medications you are taking and the dosage and frequency.

Logging into Telehealth Consultation

• After Health Services schedules your appointment, you will receive a secure message in your Patient Portal.
• Log into your Patient Portal > then click on the Message Tab > open Telehealth Reminder message.
• Highlight and copy the secure HIPAA link into a Chrome browser to join your telehealth appointment.
• Log into the Zoom Waiting Room 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Sit in a private and quiet space.
• If you experience technical difficulties connecting, shut down Zoom and log back in. If you still can’t login, call 320-363-3402 for assistance.

To Cancel Appointment

A two (2) business days cancellation notice is required, or a $50 fee will be charged to your CSB/SJU Student Account. Call Health Services at 320-363-3402 to cancel your appointment.
