Bring your current insurance card (or a screenshot of it) to every medical appointment, as well as the policyholder's name and date of birth. LabCorp will need your insurance information if outside labs are ordered and processed.

- Closed lunch from 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
- Closed Tuesdays from 8 - 9 a.m.
- Closed weekends, breaks and summers.
