Parish Placements – Developing lay leaders for rural ministry

Students:

Students in the Conversatio cohort, you will be paired with a neighboring parish in the St. Cloud Diocese. Each student will work 8-10 hours a week in their assigned parish with a focus on youth ministry, liturgy, or faith formation. Bi-weekly meetings with cohort and director on parish related topics will enhance learning and growing for both you and those you serve.

Students will be mentored by Lay Ecclesial Ministers with decades of experience in parish and diocesan ministry. Students will not only get direct experience with ministry, but will also have opportunities to create new programming and build evangelization teams to help support their ministry.
