Information for College, University and Organizational Delegates

The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University extends its appreciation to all delegates serving as designated representatives of their institutions and organizations at the inauguration of President Bruess.

• Friday’s activities will begin with an Inauguration Mass, 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel, College of Saint Benedict. Doors open at 9:15 a.m.
• A luncheon for delegates will follow Mass in the Great Hall, Saint John’s University. Transportation will be provided between our two campuses.
• The Inauguration Installation will begin at 2 p.m. in the Abbey and University Church, Saint John's University. Doors open at 1 p.m.

If you have not already registered, please do so here. After registering, details about robing and procession will be sent to you via email, as well as posted here for easy reference. We will also send the information in a reminder email a few days before the event date. 

All-Campus Receptions

Immediately following the ceremony, all are welcome to a champagne reception on the Great Hall patio, just steps from the Abbey and University Church. The celebration will then continue at the College of Saint Benedict where everyone is welcome to an art-rich reception in the Benedicta Arts Center featuring live performances by student, faculty, staff musicians and artists, as well as visual art exhibits, each with a food and beverage pairing.
