Group Exercise Team
CSB and SJU students are discovering group exercise to be a fun way to improve their fitness levels!  Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Class Schedule
All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio *except where noted                                                                                                                                                                             

Monday 
3:15 - 4:15pm: Yoga
4:30 - 5:30pm: Yoga Sculpt
5:45- 6:30pm: Step
6:45 - 7:30pm: Pilates

Tuesday

6:30 - 7:30am: Yoga Sculpt
4:30 - 5:15pm: Zumba
5:30 - 6:15pm: TBC
6:30 - 7:30pm: Yoga

Wednesday 
4:15 - 5:15pm: Yoga Sculpt
5:30 - 6:15pm: Butts N Gutts
6:30-7:30pm: Yoga

Thursday
6:30- 7:30am: Body Pump Circuit Training
3:30 - 4:15pm: Zumba *held in HCC Alum Hall
4:30 - 5:15pm: Step
6:30 - 7:30pm: Yoga Sculpt

Friday
4:30 - 5:15pm: Zumba

About Group Exercise Classes

  • All group exercise classes are FREE and conducted in either Alum Hall or the Lower Group Exercise Studio in the Haehn Campus Center.
  • All classes are taught by CSB Students. 
  • Schedule is subject to change based on academic and holiday breaks.
  • Classes are 30 minutes to 1 hour in length.
