Come and Discover group exercise! It is a fun way to improve your fitness levels!  Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio *except where noted                                                                                                                                                                             

Monday 
6:30 - 7:30 a.m. - Yoga Sculpt with Dani
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - Yoga Sculpt with Emma
6:15-7:00 p.m.- Zumba with Marianna and Sarah

Tuesday
6:30 - 7:30 a.m. - Boot Camp (Feildhouse) with Emma
4:15 - 5:15 p.m. - Yoga Sculpt with Jessy
5:30 - 6:15 p.m. - Butts n Gutts with Summer and
6:30-7:30p.m.- Yoga with Emma

Wednesday 
6:30 - 7:30 a.m. - Yoga with Jessy
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Yoga Sculpt with Zohra
5:15 - 6:15 p.m. - Step with Lauren and Lauren
6:30-7:30 p.m.-Yoga with Paige

Thursday

6:30-7:30a.m.- Yoga Sculpt with Dani

5:15 - 6:00 p.m. - Zumba with Marianna and Kenice
5:45-6:45 p.m.- Yoga with Ellie (Alum Hall)
6:15 - 7:00 p.m. - Pilates with Summer and McKenna
7:15-8:15 p.m.- Yoga with Estee

Friday
6:30-7:30 a.m.- Yoga with Ellie
4:30 - 5:15 p.m. - Zumba with Maddie and Sarah

Sunday
7:00-8:00 p.m.- Yoga with Alex
