Come and Discover CSB group exercise! Classes are free and open to all students with a CSB/SJU ID.

All classes are held in the Lower Group Exercise Studio in th eGround Level of the HCC on the CSB Campus

Mondays
2:45-3:30pm: Butts n Guts with Elisabeth
4:45-5:45pm: TBC with Lily
6-7:00pm:Yoga Sculpt with Anna

Tuesdays
3:45-4:45pm: Step with Elizabeth L.
5-5:45pm: Lifting 101 with Emma
7-8pm: Zumba with Savanna and Grace


Wednesdays
4-4:45pm: Arms N Abs with Elisabeth
5-6:00pm: Yoga Sculpt with Anna
6:15-7:15pm: Zumba with Morgan and Rachel


Thursdays
3:45-4:45pm: Butts N Gutts with Elizabeth L.
5-5:45pm: Hook and Hit with Elissa
6-7:00pm: Yoga Sculpt with Anna
7-8:00pm: Zumba with Savanna and Grace

Fridays
3-3:45pm: Zumba with Ellie
