CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering group exercise to be a fun way to improve their fitness levels!

Class Schedule
All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio.

Sunday
5:30-6:30pm Yoga                                                                                                                                                                                 

Monday 
4:30 - 5:30pm: Step
5:30 - 6:15pm: Zumba
6:30 - 7:30pm: Yoga

Tuesday

4:30 - 5:15pm: Pilates
5:30 - 6:15pm: Butts N Guts
6:30-7:30pm: Yoga
7:30-8:45pm: Yoga Sculpt

Wednesday 
4:30 - 5:15pm: Zumba
5:30 - 6:30pm: Step
8:00 - 9:15pm: Yoga Sculpt

Thursday
4:30 - 5:45pm: Yoga Sculpt
5:30 - 6:30pm: TBC (Total Body Conditioning)
6:30 - 7:15pm: Pilates
7:45 - 8:45pm: Yoga

Friday
4:30 - 5:30pm: Zumba

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO CSB/SJU STUDENTS. 

 Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
