Come and Discover group exercise! It is a fun way to improve your fitness levels!  Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

6:00 - 6:45 p.m. - Step

Wednesday 
7:00 - 8:00 a.m. - Yoga Sculpt
3:15 - 4:00 p.m. - Pilates
4:15 - 5:15 p.m. - Yoga Sculpt
5:30 - 6:15 p.m. - Butts N Gutts
6:45 - 7:45 p.m. - Yoga
