CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering group exercise to be a fun way to improve their fitness levels!

Class Schedule
All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio.

Monday 
3:15 - 4:15pm: Yoga
4:30 - 5:30pm: Yoga Sculpt
5:45- 6:30pm: Step
6:45 - 7:30pm: Pilates

Tuesday

6:15 - 7:15am: Yoga Sculpt
4:30 - 5:15pm: Zumba
5:30 - 6:15pm: TBC
6:30 - 7:30pm: Yoga

Wednesday 
4:15 - 5:15pm: Yoga Sculpt
5:30 - 6:15pm: Butts N Gutts
6:30-7:30pm: Yoga

Thursday
6:15- 7:15am: Body Pump Circuit Training
3:30 - 4:15pm: Zumba
4:30 - 5:15pm: Step
5:30 - 6:15pm: Pilates
6:30 - 7:30pm: Yoga Sculpt

Friday
4:30 - 5:15pm: Zumba

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO CSB/SJU STUDENTS. 

 Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
