CSB Group Exercise 
Come and Discover CSB group exercise! Classes are free and open to all students with a CSB/SJU ID.

Fall Semester 2022 Schedule. Classes begin Wednesday August 31st!
All classes are held in the Lower Group Exercise Studio on the Ground Level of the HCC on the CSB Campus.

Mondays
4-4:45pm Arms n' Abs with Emma G
5-6pm Hook and HITT with Caroline
6:15-7:15pm Zumba with Rachel 

Tuesdays
7-7:45am Barre with Ella W
4-4:45pm Yoga Sculpt with Amelia
5-6pm Zumba with Emma M and Grace 
6:15-7:15pm Yoga Sculpt with Claire


Wednesdays
4:30-5:15pm: Step with Elisabeth (in the studio)
4-5pm: Gym Basics with Emma G (Meet outside the Studio)
5:30-6:30pm HIIT with Kiley
7-8pm Pilates Sculpt with Ella W


Thursdays
4-4:45pm Butts N' Gutts with Elizabeth
5-6pm Zumba with Paige and Savanna
6:15-7pm HITT with Ella K
7:15-8:15pm Yoga Sculpt with Amelia

Fridays
4:30-5:15pm HITT with Kiley
6:30-7:30pm Zumba with Brenda and Ellie

Sundays
7-8pm Reset Yoga with Claire
