NAMI Support Group

If you are a young adult (ages 18-30) and have trouble getting to an in person support group because of transportation, disability or lack of a support group near you, join the live Young Adult WebConnect Support Group.  It is led by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Minnesota trained young adults who live with a mental illness and are living well in recovery.  You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone.  The groups are provided on line and in real time.

Find support with your peers.  Listen and learn from other young adult experiences.  Share your story because your story is worthy of being heard.

Consultations

Our professional staff is available to respond to concerns people may have about a student, a friend, a son, or a daughter. Consultation services are easy to access.

Contact CSB/SJU Counseling and ask to speak with one of our mental health clinicians or if you prefer to speak with someone face-to-face request an appointment.

Please keep in mind that confidentiality applies to CSB/SJU students. Although we may not be able to share whether or not a student is accessing services, our consultation can provide general information, resources, recommendations, and referrals.
