    Farewell to William Cahoy, Ph.D.. Dean Emeritus

    Bill Cahoy has made his mark on the School of Theology and Seminary as a skilled administrator and outstanding teacher.  Bill came to the SOT/Sem in 1990 from Saint Mary’s University in Winona where he had taught for nine years after completing his PhD studies at Yale University.  Bill has been a core member of our systematics faculty for the past three decades where his course in Christology has won rave reviews from students.

    Saint John’s University has received a $1 million grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc. to enable the Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary to establish a new program, “Conversatio: Creating a Culture of Encounter.”

    Saint John's School of Theology and Seminary congratulates faculty member, Kristin Colberg, on her recent appointment to the theological commission charged with assisting the leaders of the Synod of Bishops' general secretariat.

    Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary receives a grant of $1 million from Lilly Endowment Inc. to help establish "Bridge Builders for a Thriving Mission: Co-Responsibility in the Changing Context of Congregational Life."

    Saint John’s Abbey Live-stream

    In response to recommendations limiting public gatherings, Saint John’s Abbey will live-stream Mass daily from the Abbey Church. Please join us online for the celebration of the Mass weekdays at 5:00 pm, Saturdays at 11:30 am, and Sundays at 10:30 am.
