Elise Miller

Elise Miller began her collegiate career at Macalester College, but transferred to CSB in fall 2017. During summer 2018, she served as an assistant researcher at Southwest University in Chongqing, China. She disseminated scientific articles, edited student manuscripts, gave presentations and conducted research on soils and enzymes of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area while in China. Another research project Miller was involved with was to determine the accuracy maple syrup hydrometers used in the Sugar Shack at SJU. Miller has served as a hospitality and event assistant at the Collegeville Institute. She serves as the co-president of the Climate Action club, and is currently studying abroad in South Africa.
