Abbey Schwob

As Madeleine Heins Israelson, assistant professor of education, put it, “Abbey Schwob has a strong record of giving of her time and talents.” She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Sigma service sorority. She serves as a campus leader in her role on the executive board for the Benedictine Friends program. Her dedication to her role on the executive board of the National Society of Leadership and Success has given her many opportunities to promote leadership skills in her fellow female students. Schwob has paired her elementary education major with a Spanish minor and spent a semester studying abroad in Spain in order to increase her Spanish proficiency and prepare to serve students and parents who are native Spanish speakers.
