Students will demonstrate understanding of fundamental concepts at the molecular through behavioral levels that are the basis for nervous system function.

Students will utilize concepts, content and tools from the diverse fields that create the interdisciplinarity of neuroscience, including biology and psychology, to describe how nervous system function underlies behavior.

Students will explain how our understanding of nervous system function derives from the investigative strategies, tools and analysis techniques used by neuroscientists.
