Tips and Tricks: Save the Date for the 2019 Class Volunteers Summit

Every year since the renewal of our Class Representatives and Reunion Class Ambassador programs we have hosted an annual volunteer summit. This year we have two exciting options for you.

1. On Tuesday July 30, 2019 from 6-8 pm (Dinner served at 5:30) we will hold the first opportunity in person at a Twin Cities location TBD. (It is still four and half months away after all!)
2. On Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 6-8 pm we will hold the exact same training on line using the virtual meeting space on Zoom. You can enjoy the training and volunteer updates from the comfort of your own home office, or couch or dining room table. You decide. We will also be recording this option so that anyone who cannot attend the in-person or online options will still be able to access the information shared.

Remember, participating in this annual training is part of your role as a Class Representative or Reunion Class Ambassador. This year’s focus will be a quick review of tools and resources available to you and an intensive action plan and next steps segment. You will leave this training renewed, resourced and ready for the year ahead as a Saint Ben’s class volunteer.

So please mark your calendars for the July 30, 2019 or the August 7, 2019 option. Additional details and a formal invitation will be sent to you in the months ahead. In the meantime, please save the date!
