AIM provides a unique opportunity for all first- and second-year Bennies, including those who come from underrepresented backgrounds, to connect with older student mentors who share some of their experiences and perspectives. We seek to inspire women in the program to become local and global leaders by engaging in academic exploration, value-based leadership and community building.  It is a chance for Bennies to participate in monthly group and one-on-one mentoring sessions for professional and personal development. This experience enables students, to join a sisterhood of like-minded women, seeking to explore their identities on campus and topics related to inclusion, equity, and feminism.
