Student Opportunities

Students engaged in undergraduate research or creative works are encouraged to present their projects at regional and national meetings. Here are several meetings at which our students have presented in the past.

18th Annual Celebrating Scholarship and Creativity Day -  Thursday, April 26, 2018. This is a campus wide event that recognizes the achievements of the many student scholars engaged in independent creative work or research projects at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.

Posters on the Hill-  The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) will host its 22nd annual undergraduate poster session on Capitol Hill. This event will help members of Congress understand the importance of undergraduate research by talking directly with the students whom these programs impact.

Private Scholars Showcase- is a poster session for undergraduate student scholars. Its objective is to publicize the excellent research done by students and their faculty collaborators at Minnesota's private colleges and universities. The event is organized by a steering committee of faculty from across the state, and sponsored by the Minnesota Private College Council.
