Housing-Residential Life
Housing priority is given to degree-seeking students, with secondary priority for non-degree students taking courses for credit. Beyond this, rooms are usually assigned in the order in which requests and deposits are received.
Monks who wish to reside in the monastery must obtain a letter from their abbot or prior requesting accommodations, addressed to the abbot or prior of Saint John’s Abbey.
All residences are furnished, with internet and cable connections. Small kitchens and laundry facilities are available for student use. Small refrigerators can be rented for the rooms.
Current room rental rates are available from the director of admission. At the beginning of each term, students are billed for housing for that semester.
