Hanson '17 Awarded Gagliardi Trophy and Named William V. Campbell Finalist

Carter Hanson has been recognized nationally for accomplishments in athletics, academics and community service. He was awarded the Gagliardi Trophy, which recognizes the top NCAA Division III football player for 2016, and he was a finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy, which provided Carter with a $18,000 postgraduate scholarship.

St. Cloud Bishop Donald Kettler '66, SOT '70 and Sister Michaela Hedican SOT '86, OSB, prioress of Saint Benedict's Monastery in St. Joseph, have been named "Catholics of the Year 2016" by Our Sunday Visitor.

The music of Tyler Tholl '09 was featured in the St Cloud Times. His four-movement musical composition was inspired by Minnesota's state parks.

Nick Maurer '03 is now senior manager of corporate partnerships with the Minnesota Vikings.
