2009 Career Expo

The Career Office and Alumni Associations at Saint John's and Saint Ben's hosted the second annual Career EXPO on Wednesday, November 11 at the Gorecki Events Center on the CSB campus.  This Career EXPO was focused on educating students about the variety of careers they could pursue after graduation, and on giving them an opportunity to practice networking with professionals.  Alumni were invited to attend the 5:30-8:00 pm Networking Reception (5:30-6:30 alumni social, 6:30-8:00 networking with students), at which students had the chance to meet and network with alumni. 

Over 70 alumni participated in the day's events and many students once again found the EXPO to be very helpful in their career search. SJU student Matt Mulligan '10, hosted a financial literacy panel with speaker, David Rom, CEO, Director and Founder of Platinum Bank. There were over 100 students, faculty, and alumni in attendance at the financial panel.
