Year of Sustainability Interview
The Year of Sustainability was the topic of conversation on the pregame show. Check out the audio Clip at 39 minutes to hear what the Year of Sustainability is all about as well as what it means to us.
Mo Overland was featured on WJON, for her work with Orientation.
Orientation featured messages of sustainability including recycling, getting out in the Arboretum, and taking the Link. All first years were given a reusable water bottle to encourage them not to use bottled water. Orientation also cut the amount of paper that they used by eliminating binders.
The Sustainability Survey
We have had over 1200 responses to the survey so far and are looking for more. Your input matters.
In a continuation of last year's Pilot program, the Football games will have recycling available. It was also available for homecoming this year.
A Reading Group will be organized in the near future. Keep an eye out future updates if you would like to be involved.
