- 1st & 2nd floor offer two bedroom / four person apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen / living area.
- 3rd floor offers two bedroom / five person suites with shared bath / restroom facilities and shared kitche area for the floor. All rooms have a vanity area with hot and cold running water and a mirror.
- Climate controlled.
- Central lounge area on each floor.
- A large laundry facility is located in the basement. (Machines are available to use at no cost, but you must provide your own laundry detergent.)
- Adjacent to the St. John’s Tundra, which provides ample green space for outdoor recreation and activities.
- Elevator access to all floors. One fully accessible handicap room is available.
