Feeling Ill and need a good meal!

Complete the Ill Meal Request form and have a friend pick up a meal for you at the SJU Refectory Dining Room. Complete the attached order form and submit your order.

Ask your friend to stop in the Refectory with your ID information for payment of the meal. They will pick up a To Go container (container, cup, and fork) from the cashier and select your food items from the choices that are available in the Dining Service serving area. Your friend then can bring your meal to your dorm room.

Meal plan will be deducted at the time of pick up.
