Casa San Benito

Saint John's Campus Ministry offers this service opportunity that allows CSB+SJU students to engage with the local Latine community. Through Casa San Benito, SJUfaith is also supporting the Abbey's Center for Latino Ministry. CSB+SJU students engage in tutoring sessions with the Latine community. It can range from English tutoring for adults and children, to providing homework help for children.

COMMITMENT

•  Prior to your assignment, you will need to complete the safe environment training online for the Diocese of Saint Cloud.
•  You do not need to be fluent in Spanish; although, some basic skills in the language are recommended.
• Casa San Benito will take place in Rockville from 2PM to 3PM on Sundays
