In the summer of 1941, the two-story Gagliardi House was built on the northwest bank of the Watab in ‘Flynville.’ It was originally for Coach Joe Benda and his family. The house was razed in June 2021, along with the Seton Earth-Sheltered Apartments, in preparation for the construction of the new Seton townhouses planned to take their place.
