Lucas Vetsch graduated from St. John’s University in 2020 with baccalaureate degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Lucas is a first-generation college student who had many experiences and made meaningful connections with many mentors while at CSB and SJU who helped inform his career path. Lucas is passionate about experiential and student learning and development, and today is a Career Coach in the Experience and Professional Development (XPD) office at CSB & SJU. In this role, Lucas educates, trains, supports and guides student Career Ambassadors and connects students with opportunities to explore interests, values, and skills related to academic major(s) and career choices as well as provides experiences to build students’ confidence and motivation toward their personal and professional lives. Prior to his current position, Lucas earned a Master of Science degree in College Counseling and Student Development at St. Cloud State University in 2022.
