    How many years have you been in Mock Trial? 3

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I felt a calling to the law and thought Mock would be a good way to determine whether that feeling was accurate.

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • My favorite memory so far was being told by a judge that my understanding was not relevant to the Court's understanding, and the way the team subsequently uplifted my spirits.

     

    Nathan Williams (Co-President)

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I love legal rhetoric and formulating arguments. The people and the experiences are an amazing added bonus!

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • The creation of the mock family and sectionals last year!

     

    Adam Schwartz (Vice-President)

    • History major, Political-Science minor

    How many years have you been in Mock Trial? 3

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • Because I want to be a lawyer someday. I also like the theatre and performance aspects of it

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • How close we get as a team every year and also singing show-tunes in car rides on the way to meets!

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I wanted to join Mock Trial so I could participate in a law focused club and become a better public speaker.

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • Staying in the Key Inn with the team.

    • Mathematics major

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I wanted to do something that was artistic and academically challenging.

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • I loved hosting everyone at my house as the Mock Trial Mom.

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I want to be a lawyer

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • Crossing attorney: “Elias has change in the past 5 years correct?” Me: “Yes, he was alive and now he’s dead.”

    How many years have you been in Mock Trial? This is my first year!

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • To gain experience in the court room and improve my public speaking and argumentative skills.

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • Belen’s savage responses playing Danny Kosack such as...... Crossing Attorney-Q: “Has Elias changed?” Belen-A: “YES, HE WAS ALIVE NOW HE’S DEAD!”

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • Because of my goal to become a lawyer someday.

    • Assigning family roles and picking out vines for everyone!

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I was encouraged to join by friends on the team.

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • I joined Mock Trial because I believe it will give me the court room experience and prepare me for law school.

    • Staying at Emily's house and talking about Nate.

    How many years have you been in Mock Trial? This is my first year on the team

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • Law is something that I’m very passionate about. It’s an area I would like to gain more knowledge about and pursue a career in. I also really enjoy public speaking and continuing to develop strong vocal and written communication skills.

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • Competing at our first tournament at Hamline University and coming up with strong cross-examinations.

    • I enjoyed doing it in High School, and decided I wanted to do it in college

    • Getting to know everyone and having fun at our first tournament at Hamline

    Why did you decide to join Mock Trial?

    • To enhance my abilities ability to think critically and formulate arguments

    What has been your favorite Mock memory so far?

    • when i rebounded on the objection during my very first college trial. Michael really came in clutch and I was very surprised I got it in.
