*If successful in bidding, I (we) the above listed bidders agree:

	To pay the full price of the pile on or before October 5, 2018 and not begin cutting until it is paid.
	That the volumes and species listed are estimated and that the wood is being sold as appraised with no adjustments if the actual volumes and species are different.
	To not cut, split, or haul wood, as notified, on those limited days/times where it would interfere with campus activities.
	To contact Saint John’s Life Safety at least an hour before arriving each day to have gates unlocked and/or to notify them of our presence.
	To not expect roads to the wood piles to be plowed by Saint John’s if snow falls.
	To remove all wood from Saint John’s by December 1, 2018 and agree that wood left after that date becomes the property of Saint John’s Abbey.
	That after purchase, Saint John’s is not responsible for the wood or its security.
	That Saint John’s is not responsible for any liability related to any aspect of this purchase including but not limited to cutting, splitting, and hauling done by bidder or any persons associated with bidder.
	That the bidder(s) alone are responsible for this wood until it leaves Saint John’s property and that the bidder(s) will not sell, transfer, or assign rights to this wood until it leaves Saint John’s property.
