A successful CSC Day starts with planning and preparation. OURS has prepared resource guides for presenters, project advisors, and department schedules to outline the steps to take to register, schedule, and prepare for your presentations. Please review our general FAQs for information about how CSC Day 2025 will operate. 

• CSC Day Room Reservations Open on February 6.
  • Department schedulers book rooms through our CSB or SJU room request form. 
• CSC Day Registration opens March 3.
  • Students develop abstracts and submit presentation information via our online portal.
• Registration closes April 11.
  • Project advisors must approve student abstracts by April 16.
  • Departments must schedule their students’ presentations by April 22.
• CSC Day Schedule is Available by April 24.
