Pastiche to Perform on April 11

Collegeville, Minn. - Pastiche, a chamber music ensemble featuring artists and professors from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, will present a concert at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 11, in the Stephen B. Humphrey Theater of Saint John's University.

The ensemble's repertoire includes music from the Renaissance through the 20th century. A part of the 1996-97 Saint John's Presents performing arts series, the concert will feature works by P.D.Q. Bach, Stephen Foster, W. A. Mozart, Maurice Ravel and Franz Schubert.

Members of the performing group include CSB/SJU music department faculty members Carolyn Finley, soprano; Patricia Kent, soprano; Willem Ibes, piano; Robert Koopmann, piano; Axel Theimer, baritone; Bruce Thornton, clarinet; Edward Turley, piano; Dale White, trumpet and Kim Kasling, organ.
