Celebrating Scholarship and Creativity (CSC) Day is marking its 20th anniversary this year at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University.

Traditionally, the milestone was celebrated with a gift of china; modern-day, the gift should be platinum.

But virtual reality is the gift that will keep on giving during the 2020 version of CSC Day.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in the virtual presentations throughout the day on April 23. The Undergraduate Research program, which sponsors the event, will post the schedule of virtual events on the CSC Day website.

To register for the virtual large poster presentation, see information here by April 21. (Note that the deadline has been extended.)

To register for a virtual individual or group presentation, see information here by April 17.

Regardless of your presentation plans, students are encouraged to submit abstracts for their projects from this year to be included in the publication of the annual abstract booklet.

Those abstracts will be collected until November 2020, when a fall CSC Poster Session and Faculty Flash Talks session will be held. More details will be announced when students return to campus in the fall.

If you have any questions, please contact Lindsey Gunnerson Gutsch, assistant director of Undergraduate Research.
