Biography:

Kelly Brueske received her A.F.A. (Associates in Fine Arts) from Anoka-Ramsey Community College (NASM) and her B.A. in Music Education from Augsburg University. As a trumpeter she has performed with the Seward Concert Band, the Augsburg Alumni Jazz Ensemble, Twin Cities Area Directors Jazz Project, and various Churches around the Twin Cities. During her time as a music staff member, she has come to the love the art of administration and coordination for Higher ED music programs. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with various musicians from around the Twin Cities, Detroit-Metro Area and artists like Project Trio , Dallas Brass , The Swingles , and more! This journey has brought her to Colleges and Universities like ARCC, Michigan State, and has now found a home at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University.
