Celebrating the Season [Christmas at Saint John's]

Throughout the concert, in good old fashioned tradition, the audience will be invited to join all the choirs and orchestra in singing a number of favorite Christmas carols such as "O Come All Ye Faithful", "Stille Nacht", "Lo, How A Rose", and others.  Other treasured favorites will include "Personent Hodie", "Glory of the Father" and Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus"

Participating members of the performance:

The Amadeus Chamber Symphony, CSB/SJU Brass Choir, CSB Women's Choir, CSB/SJU Chamber Choir, and SJU Men's Chorus will be under the direction of conductors Justin Zanchuk, Susan Vollbrecht and Axel Theimer. The ensembles, individually and in various combinations, will present compositions written in celebration of the Seasons of Advent and Christmas.

This year, we cannot gather to share the magic of Celebrating the Season or Christmas at Saint John's, but we can still connect across the miles. Thank you for continuing to Celebrate the Season with our family here at the College of Saint Benedict & Saint John's University!
