10-week fitness challenge

Are you ready to transform your health and fitness? Join our 10-week fitness challenge to get stronger and leaner in a fun group setting!

Start Date: September 30, 2024

Location and Time:

• SJU on Tuesdays from 12-12:45 p.m. (location Warner Palestra) – zoom option available

• CSB on Thursdays from 12-12:45 p.m. (location Aerobics Studio) – zoom option available

• Optional Zoom on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15 Am – Class may be offered in-person at the CSB campus based on registration and we must have enough participants for this class to be held.

Cost

• First class is free for new registrants!

• One class/week – $60

• Two class/week – $120

• 5 class package – $35

Yoga

These classes are for all levels and are designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Both classes are taught by a certified instructor. Mats provided (CSB only) or bring your own. The cost is $5.00 per class.
