Classroom & A/V Service Menu
Instructional Technology is committed to helping promote the principles of universal design and accessible technology by providing our faculty & students with training materials. "Accessible" technology refers to the use of tools and digital services as a means to provide content and learning environments that can be utilized by all students, faculty, staff, and guests. Instructional Technology is working closely with Student Accessibility Services to make accessible technology resources available, develop universal design models, and ensure that all students have equal academic opportunities.
We support and maintain the technology equipment in all classrooms and labs on both the CSB/SJU campuses. If you experience any technology issues in any of our classrooms and labs please let us know by contacting the IT Help Desk.
Classroom & A/V Support is heavily involved in all technology designs on both of our campuses. To help with the consistency of our classroom and conference room technology, I.T. Services has developed standards which are being implemented when rooms are upgraded. Our Classroom & Conference Standards 2019 document outlines these current standards. If you have a design question please contact the IT Help Desk.
Classroom & A/V Support offers a range of technical audio-visual services and equipment for campus events and functions. Departments, groups or individuals that would like to make an event or audio-visual support request including presentation support, audio support, and video recordings should be made by completing an A/V Support Request Form.
Classroom & A/V Support offers physical media duplication and conversion services for non-copyrighted and CSB/SJU created materials into digital formats. We will not be able to digitize media with copyrighted content in most situations. Please review our Copyright Policy for more information.
Our division designs, maintains and supports a number of technology focused multimedia rooms across the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University. We strive to outfit these rooms with technology that is easy to use, up-to-date, and can provide a quality end-user experience.
