Description

These classes are for all levels and are designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Both classes are taught by certified instrutors. Mats provided, or bring your own.

When & Where

  • Monday morning 6:15- 7:00 at the SJU McNeeley basketball court
  • Wednesday 12:00 - 12:45 at HCC 025 at CSB
